well its coz the first and second seasons lasted like a year (because the ball season doesnt reach the end of the year) and then season 3 was the start of senior and then they're gonna graduate at the end of season four....

no actually, its gonna resume 5 years on after college, or at least thats what mark scwahn's intending... he's hoping for a season 6 and more hopefully. thats a really nice picture btw

I meant logic about the time frame, but this show's losing its connection with reality for about 3 years now... :)

lol well theres a different time frame on most of the episodes and inbetween them, although you generally get told what the time gap was. Mark has said that lots of season 4 episodes are like one day, or even half a day and then the next episode continues from right where the other one left off

One tree hill is forwarding about 5 years after college and all because the plot is better for adults and not teenagers. (by the way season 5 will be a mid season)
season 3+4 are senior years and 1+2 are regular one year for one season.
