One Tree Hill Question

When at 3x22 Brooke says:"I had a horrible dream last night where my best friend told me that she had feelings for my boyfriend."What was her point?

I mean, if you really deeply love someone, and he loves you back as much as you do, and you're sure of your relationship, your best friends feelings shouldn't be a problem! Of course it's a little bit sad, but just because she'll suffer from unreqired love. It's not reason to get mad! It's a reason to cheer your friend up and say "You'll find someone finally", not to slap her! So could you please tell me WHY BROOKE REACTED LIKE THIS?

If you get drunk and kiss some guy who isn't your boyfriend in a bar, there is NO reason to tell him. All you're doing is hurting him so that you don't have to feel guilty anymore. I think people sometimes make stupid awful mistakes, but YOU have to live with it. Don't make the people you care about live with it too, that's just selfish. Peyton's trying to share her guilt over loving Lucas is unacceptable and terrible friend behavior. That's what I think.

After Lucas cheated on her with Peyton before, of course she'd be worried about it again! Last time Brooke fell for Lucas, he left her for Peyton. So Brooke was insecure and when Peyton said she was in love with Lucas, Brooke was scared that the same thing was going to happen again because she didn't trust Lucas & Peyton enough.
