Who's Julian?

Well, Julian was dating Peyton when she was in L.A but they broke up because she was still in love with Lucas. Eventually, Peyton moved back to Tree Hill with Brooke (her best friend) and in the beginning of season 6 she got back together with Lucas. Julian is in the movie business so when Lucas's book was going to be made in a movie, Julian was the..director i think or whatever. So he came to Tree Hill not only for the movie, but also to get Peyton back. Peyton tells him that she's in love with Lucas and they were getting married, but he still stays in Tree Hill for the movie. Then he starts falling in love with Brooke, and they start dating. In the last episode of season 6, Brooke confessed to Julian that she was in love with him after many times that Julian had said that he loved her and she never said it back because she was afraid of getting into a relationship and getting her heart broken. They make up and now when season 7 starts at September 14, Brooke and Julian are together.
