When are the FOTM picks being made and who makes them???

I'm not sure but I think link used to pick the nominees, but that it's now fellow fans who nominate people. And then picks are made with the nominees, and the winner is picked. Unfortunately I'm not completely sure of when/where... Check out link

yes it is true i did do it like that but i am busy these days and i really don't have the time and it has seemed some people have a problem with them. I have not stopped them its just a lot of work finding people finding icons and leaving some people off but i no longer make the pics but the person who i put in charge i can ask her if you still want to do them and we still do it at the brucas spot if you want to participate in it their.
