I like both. The short cut was very cute and so her. But, after the two year timeskip, Nami's 20! So, the long hair makes her look more grown up, womanly and beautiful!

Both. I still think that long hair looks nicer on her than shorter hair, though. Even so, she's gorgeous either way. XD
