I don't think the reasons are any good
The hat scene was just about nakamaship not romantic
the movie doesn't count and it's just another sanji gag
Oda is not Luffy the anecdote is irrelevant she could have been dressed as chopper who cares

I vote hancock because I like her much more than nami, nami is not a very likable character for me
and I don't think luffy has any feeling for her except than as nakama
