Well, honestly, I'm not sure. Many people have said so on Twitter but I've read someone's comment on facebook and it said the rumors were fake and that Zayn or someone else from her family had posted on twitter that she was fine...

So apparently, it's not true, but again we can't be 100%    sure yet since it hasn't been officially clarified.
