ok so does anyone get tired of ppl saying that one direction is sewing themselves?

One Direction isn't suing themsleves. I have heard that they are being sued by an American band that shares the name One Direction. At first, the American band said that the UK One Direction stole their name. To prevent being sued for this, Simon Cowell bought the rights to the name One Direction so that our UK boys can keep their name. However, when the UK boys were on The Today Show, the music people accidentally played music by the American One Direction. The American band got mad and is supposedly sueing the UK band for it.
