Anyone going to their concert in NYC on Dec 3?

So I live in NY and really really want to go, but thing is my friends are all in college and seem too "grown up" to go see a boy band (their words). Do you guys have any ideas of how to meet other fans (on here maybe?) or would anyone be interested in going? It's on 12/3/2012 in Madison Square Garden.
