Is Harry dating Caroline Flack?

According to the 'evidence' of numerous interviews it seems as though he is. But im not sure, I mean its obvious he has a crush on her and they get along quite well, but she 32. Thats a 15 year age difference, and i know love knows no age,colour, etc but seriously. I just want to confirm, is he actually dating her?
