I was reading some other peoples ideas about who Dr. Whale is. There are some pretty good theroies, so far. The other day, for some reason, I got an idea that maybe Dr. Whale is Regina's brother, and Cora had to give him to Rumplestiltskin so she could keep Regina. I'm probably not right, but it's just an idea.
