Once Upon A Time Question

anyone notice this in "the new neverland"?

when charming and snow came into the summer palace, wasnt that place regina's childhood home? i recall seeing her in that same set when she first meets the king in "the stable boy." was it an error or did snow lie about it being the summer palace or did it become the summer palace when regina moved into the house palace which is now regina's dark castle?
