Yeah that's what I heard, she and Cora even said that in 2x14. But even though she wouldn't forget who she was she still shouldn't be able to leave. Like when she saw Owen after he had left and she couldn't get out to him, she couldn't get her hand through.

Now that you mention it, I think she did say that. With the Owen scene I just think she didn't want them to see her.
