can someone please help me find this certain promo for the upcoming episode "the doctor"?

i just read that there was a promo that aired sometime either after or during grey's anatomy recently that showed daniel supposdly attacking henry or something. its making me crazy that i cant find it! its not in the promo that aired after last sunday's episode and its not in the canadian promo either! i'm hoping someone will post this new promo soon! i cant find it anywhere!
