NCIS Rate the Character

It's like Lie_to_me's "Rate the Episode" and i give them full credit for the idea. here's how it goes: the first person puts down a character, not neccisarily a main character. the next person gives the character a rating 1- 10, 10 is the best. next they put down a character and the next person rates it and puts down their own character. it just goes on like that.
