Is this the picture of the episode where Ziva gets shot?!?

She doesn't gets shot. She goes undercover to get a criminal. But he finds out she's a cop/NCIS and he does fire a bullet, but somehow, Ziva manages to avoid it, leaving a scratch on her head about 2 cm above her eyebrow. Then they get into a struggle, and eventually Ziva shoots the guy, and he falls down on top of her. That's why you see the blood. But I don't know the name of this Episode.

wait, when did ziva get shot? i know she was in a bombing and has been shot at several times but i didn't know she was ever hit. i only started watching on the airdate of season 6 epiode 17 but i have alreadu seen all of seasons 3 and 5, and all but one episode of season 4. how could i have missed it? anyway which episode?
