No, I don't think he's done ...
... Mark Harmon is one of the producers of the show, he loves it, he loves to work with the cast, a lot of people love Gibbs and I'm sure he knows the show would lose almost a third of the fans if Gibbs would go away.

JAG which NCIS is a much more popular & successful offshoot of lasted 10 years only being cancelled when they started loosing cast members.
If you take the Law & Order example there is no actual reason the show cannot continue for years to come. As for the Gibbs character the current story arc seems to be showing him dissatisfied with his life & in particular being alone perhaps there is another marriage or relationship in the offing perhaps this time a true sole mate?

Good Question I was wondering the same thing but I believe he'll pass and keep his job.

Mark says he loves it and his contract has two more years to go, but if they want him to leave he will. He likes to tease and make fans wonder though. I would say no though because he also said he hasn't heard anything about them taking him off. I don't like when Gibbs is distressed though that's why Mothers Day wasn't my favorite. I guess we will have to see.
