thats probably because NAruto is an idiot.HE couldnt figure out Sasuke had just been through several insane battles.Proof:Naruto used Rasengan(boring!!!)again to fight against Sasukes chidori.If he had used Rasenshuriken instead Sasuke would have been destroyed.

naw i doubt that he wouldn't have went down that easy come on this sasuke uchiha brother of itachi uchiha naruto would've had a fight on his hand's regardless the predicament
Proof in the manga just proved the opposite Naruto and Sasuke used chidori and rasengan which were equally powerful.And of course anyone(except you)can see that a rasenshuriken would have crushed Sasuke there.Plus Sasuke was almost blind without his sharingan hes nothing.
