is jiraiya is already dead ! why kabuto did not summon my idol jiraiya?

My guess is, since Jiraiya died drowning to the bottom of the ocean, Kabuto thought it would take too much effort to go and find him, especially since he already had people like Itachi, and Madara up his sleeve.
But that's just me. (:

Yes, he's dead. And I agree that He's super cool even though he's a super pervert. Anyway, Kabuto can't summon him because he's already under the ocean.
