The Hokage is meant to be the best ninja in the village and with Naryto's new techniques he's better then the current one and most of the jounin of his village.
There was a time where I would've said "Of course not!" because I wasn't nearly so supportive of him in the beginning. Now that he's gotten so much stronger, I truly believe he can be the Hokage. He has the support of the village, and his heart's in the right place, so I'm sure he'd make a great Hokage.
Naruto Uzumaki will become a great hokage he said that himself and remember his nindo.... his ninja way he won't give up no matter what and he never goes back on his word!!!!
