Who is faster Sazuke or Haku?

erm... If I saw from the comics, sasuke when kid is slower than Haku. But in Shippuden, sasuke can faster than Haku..

Don't worry.. Haku can't lose, 'cause he/she (I never know,, is haku a boy or a girl??) already dead in book 3.
