It's just a weird habit, like Naruto always says Datte Bayo!/Believe It! or like Inner Sakura always says Shannaro!/Cha! or like some girls say 'like' way to much...
Well not only thats a way to express himself but it's also a habit that has become part of his vocabulary giving Deidara a thing to call his own. A special quality he posses, he wouldn't be Deidara with out it :)
i'm taking a guess but i think his family use to say it alot so he got in the habit of saying un that's what i think un oh no now i'm getting in the habit of saying un after every sentance help un
because it's a habitit that he likes to say un i always say what or alot of the time hi it's just how he is but it doesn't matter anymore he's DEAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
its a habit of his just like naruto you know he says " believe it believe it believe it ! ", and it means " that's right. " so deidara might say:
" I like blowing up my art,un."

It's like a catchphrase like Inner Sakura says Cha and Naruto says Belive It. Or maybe because un is like That's Right in japanese. Maybe it is and maybe it isn't
