winner is determined by whoever is voted "best answer," since anyone can vote for that, or whoever gets the most positive comments.

a new contest is added weekly until people seem to lose interest.

this week, in honor of this being the 10th contest, the winner will get a special fanart of their favorite naruto character on top of 5 props of their choice!
