Help!!! Does anyone know the name of these songs.I will give props. Both songs are country.

First, I remember very little of the lyrics it goes"Don't tread on me is what it says." What comes before that I am not 100% certain but maybe something like, "I remember that flag flying high don't tread on me is what it says." I do remember in the video the one singing the song had don't tread on me tattooed across his throat and at the end was and old guy with a white beard saying "I love this, and if you want to get to it you have to go through me, that is my attitude it should be all of our attitudes."

Second, even to save my life I can't remember any of the lyrics I can only remember the video. I has a wounded soldier that lost his leg and eye. It shows if getting getting ready, at the end he was wearing the dress uniform.
