It would definately have to be the music from "Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street". I also love the music to "Edward Scissorhands" and "The Nightmare Before Christmas"; pretty much anything by Danny Elfman (he composes like EVERY Tim Burton movie soundtrack).

There are lots of them...I like soundtracks from Pearl Harbor, Armageddon, Once Upon A Time In America(probably the best soundtracks ever), Brave Heart, Gladiator, Pirates Of The Caribbean and many many others.
