I need help finding a movie about Abraham Lincoln!

It was a short movie (maybe an hour long), but it's about Abraham Lincoln helping a young boy who was looking for a lawyer to write a will for his Confederate brother who was dying in a prison camp. Can anyone help me? My father wants to watch it but has no idea what it is.
