Movies Question

Was there a movie that you thought was going to be stupid but ended up loving it.

For me it was Enchanted . I bought the DVD of it 2 years ago and I when I first heard of it I said to myself Oh boy this is going to look dumb. Anyway I watched the whole film and OMG I loved it from the 2D animation to when it changes into a romantic comedy in live action I really enjoyed it. And also I loved that guy from Greys Anatomy in this movie(Patrick Dempsey OMG I can’t get enough of him LOL).Oh and Amy Adams was awesome. My mom saw half of it and she hated it I mean if she watched the whole film she might have liked it anyway im going to shut up now.

Yeah...People are going to go WHAT?? but here it is

1.The Breakfast Club- I thought it was going to be terrible and like everyother teen movie. BUT I LOVED it. And that Bender and Claire flirt/fight and then end up together made me so happy. Bender is hot.

2. The Blues Brothers- really had no idea what it was about, but it seemed funny from the back and I like Dan Akroyd and John Belushi so I watched it and Now I love that one too. All the music and Carrie Fisher is one of my favorite actresses and she plays the mysterious lady. Princess Leia blowing things up- She has turned to the Dark Side like her father-LOL

Lots. My friend begged me to go with him to see the new Predator movie, i really did not want to, but in th end, i actually thought it was Ok. When it comes to Horror, remakes usually suck, so i definatley did not want to see my favorite series butchered. My friend (the same one as before)made me go with him to see the "Nightmare on Elm street" remake. I thought it was fine, far from the origenal, but fine. And recently my sister saw "A Rocky Horror picture show" and prsuaded me to see it, and now i'm absolutley infatuated with it.

and now it's in my top 10 movies ;D.

Yes. Twilight and New Moon. I loved the books, but usually when books are converted into films, they're an absolute, heartbreaking WASTE to watch. Unfortunately, Kris and Rob's hideous acting got me off the crazed-Twilight Saga movies' hype.

Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs for me. I thought it was going to be the dumbest movie in the world, but it was actually pretty hilarious and still makes me laugh every time I watch it.

I thought The Notebook was going to be stupid since I really hate romance movies most of the time. But it turned out to be touching in spite of myself. But if someone were to ask me to watch it again I'd say probably not.

I thought Across the Universe looked like a strange movie and I was not interested in seeing it. My sister saw it and loved it so she kept telling me to watch it. I finally watched it and I didn't LOVE it but I enjoyed it more than I thought I would.
