Well in Abbey's diary it said that she likes Heath, it's just that she wasn't going to acknowledge his flirting, because she wants to be properly asked out. I'm not too sure if Heath liked Abbey though. Heath is just a known womanizer, going for every cute ghoul that he comes across.
About Scarah and Heath - she hasn't really been properly introduced into the webisodes so we can't really answer that question.

Thanks I Have Just Been Wondering this for a while now . Hmmm But I Do Hope if they have to pair Heath with someone it would be Abbey.
