Brooke got home just as Michael was about to leave to record more songs for his upcoming album. He was shocked to see her home this early, “Brooke? Sweetie what are you doing here?” Brooke said nothing, she just ran into his arms and started to cry, “Hey hey, don’t cry, tell me what happened,”
“Dad fired me,”
“What? Why... Wh-what happened?”
“Well, I told him I was having a baby and...”
“And what?”
“And... and he said he thought it was wrong... Michael, he said he didn’t like the idea of a biracial child. I’m really sorry.”
“Hey, don’t be sorry, you did nothing wrong okay? I love you Brooke, and our baby, and nobody’s going to stop that. Why don’t you go back to bed, huh? I’m just going to get my demos from the studio okay. I won’t be long gorgeous.”
As he walked through the doors, he could see Brooke’s father talking to the woman at the administration office. Angrily, Michael walked up to him and pulled him aside, excusing himself from the woman, being the gentleman he was, “What the hell is wrong with you?” he whispered to Brooke’s father.
“If you’re referring to what happened between your girlfriend and me, I’m not the one with the problem in the situation here. She is,”
“Why? Because she’s having a biracial child? Well maybe you should stop being such a racist and be happy for YOUR daughter... and your granddaughter,”
“I don’t appreciate being spoken to like that. Especially not by some guy who knocked up who I thought was my daughter,”
“Excuse me? I’m not just some guy who knocked up your daughter, I’m...”
“Yeah yeah I know... YOU’RE MICHAEL JACKSON,”
“Actually... I was going to say I’m the man your daughter loves. And yes she is your daughter, and if you paid the slightest attention to her, you’d know that. Now I’m getting my demos and going back to the woman I love. And if you had any kind of sense left in that sad excuse off a mind, you would too,” Michael said about to walk away. He turned around and shot back, “Oh, and by the way, that woman at the front desk is way out of your league. Don’t even bother trying.” With that, he stormed away to studio 7 to gather his demos. Unfortunately for him, Matt had been listening into their conversation.
“So you’re the Michael Brooke was talking about then, huh?”
“What... no, what?”
“Give it up Jacko, I know all about it,”
“DON”T call me Jacko, Matt. How do you know about me and Brooke?”
“She told me everything. I know she’s pregnant, and I knew it was to someone named Michael, and as for that argument you just had with the boss... well, thanks to that, now I know who she was talking about. So I’d watch your back if I were you, Jacko. You don’t deserve her you freak. She belongs with me. God knows how many chicks you’ve knocked up,”
“THAT”S IT!” Michael yelled, slamming down his fists on the table, “I’ve had enough of you Matt. For your information, the only children I’ve ever had were Pairs and Prince, and I wanted and love them both. And now I have another child. And sure, Brooke and I hadn’t planned it, but that doesn’t mean we don’t want or love that child either. Do Brooke a favour and stay out of her life. Because she loves me Matt, not you,”
“You’re going to regret this Michael, you really are.”
“Try me Matt, I dare you!” Michael said, pushing him out of the way and leaving the building.
When Michael got home, he went into his bedroom, forgetting Brooke was sleeping. He opened a suitcase and started packing all of their things. While he was packing, Brooke woke up in shock, “Michael, what are you doing?”
Michael went over to Brooke and hugged her tight, “Gather your stuff beautiful. We’re going to Neverland.”

Michael Jackson's personal chef Kai Chase just testified -- claiming a frantic Dr. Conrad Murray begged her for help the day MJ died, ten minutes before anyone called 911.
According to Chase, she was in the kitchen preparing lunch for Michael and his kids -- and between 12:05 and 12:10PM, Murray ran downstairs, yelling for her to "get Prince, get help, get security."
Chase claimed she sent Prince to Dr. Murray and returned to work.
Chase admitted she didn't contact security -- a point highlighted by defense attorney J. Michael Flanagan.
Yesterday, MJ's personal assistant Michael Amir Williams testified ... Murray called him at 12:13 PM, and Williams immediately phoned security. MJ's security guard Alberto Alvarez eventually called 911 at 12:21 -- between 11 and 16 minutes after Murray allegedly asked Chase for help.
While Chase was leaving court today, we asked if she thought her testimony was helpful -- she responded, "Absolutely."

The Michael Jackson estate is tired of waiting for Lloyd's of London to pay out on the $17.5 million "This Is it" insurance policy -- so they're going after Lloyd's in court ... demanding they pay up, stat.
Lloyd's of London originally issued the policy to cover potential losses for MJ's 2009 "This Is It" concerts -- but earlier this year, the company asked an L.A. court to declare the policy null and void ... claiming MJ lied about his medical history and drug addiction.
Lloyd's insists the policy "was restricted to losses resulting from accident only" -- pointing out Michael's official cause of death was "homicide."
But the estate is now on the offensive -- filing a cross-complaint, claiming MJ never intended to die, whether by homicide or not, so his death still qualifies as an accident.
But the estate isn't just settling for the original $17.5 million -- they also want punitive damages. FYI, suing for punitive damages often scares the crap out of insurance companies.

Today is the two-year anniversary of Michael Jackson's death -- and the saga has played out like a soap opera about betrayal, jealousy, love, greed and redemption.
When TMZ broke the news, it triggered a flood of stories about Jackson's struggles with drugs, the doctors who enabled him, the mystery surrounding his death, a little known drug called propofol, a family war against Michael's estate, a full court press to erase Michael's debt, and a posthumous marketing campaign to rival Elvis.
Take a look at TMZ's timeline from the moment we found something was terribly wrong with Michael.

Lloyd's of London has gone to court ... asking a judge to let the company off the financial hook, claiming it doesn't owe the Michael Jackson Estate $17.5 million on grounds MJ was a fraud.
The company issued the muilti-million dollar policy to cover the doomed "This Is It" tour for losses.
But Lloyd's claims it doesn't have to honor the policy for 2 primary reasons:
1. Michael Jackson and AEG allegedly lied about Michael's medical history -- specifically, MJ said he had not seen a doctor other than a cosmetic MD since June, 2005.
2. Michael did not disclose he was taking prescription drugs prior to and at the time of his death -- including Propofol.
Lloyd's is asking the court for a declaration that the policy is null and void as a result of the alleged fraud.
Howard Weitzman, the lawyer for the Estate, tells TMZ, "This legal action is nothing more than an insurance company trying to avoid paying a legitimate claim by the insured."
