You can either let it define you, destroy you, or you can let it strengthen you.” Every single character has had bad things happen to them, Arthur, Merlin, and Gwen especially have allowed these things to strengthen them whereas Morgana let it destroy everything she ever stood for and her most admirable qualities. (Hence why I disagree when people say Morgana is "strong", having magic and being able to twirl a sword around doesn't make you strong, having inner strength does).
