Rolf is Rolf Scamander, the great-grandson of Neil Scamander who wrote Fantastic Beats And Where To Find Them, and he's who Luna ends up marrying. Also, if you'd read the books like you're telling people here to do, you would know that Luneville is only canon in the last film, not the books.
