so this random guy starts playing stroking my hair?

he was stroking my hair but in context, (like as a part of an idea for a school project) he was showing werei should but the hair spray, but he was almost tucking my hair behind me ear and he was looking really deep into my eyes and kept on stroking.

than when someone payed out my height (im a bit short) he said softy "no way her height is cute". is it just me or is he signaling something?
