Honestly, if you think you have feelings for her, tell her. Girls like to be told things like that, weather they feel the same or not. The worst she could do is say no, then you can move on to the next girl. If you don't want to just come out and tell her, try something like writing her a note just saying that you want to get to know her and maybe hang out with her sometime.
