Theres this guy that I know and I have mixed feeling bout like he can be a toally jerk one day and sweet as pie the another day he can be so depesing and ect. so how do I know if I like him or hate him???

Does he act like that only to you? if he does, chances are high that he totally likes you but just doesn't know how to show that properly. When he has been sweet to you he's ashamed, because he thinks it'll make him look less tough, but when he's a jerk to you he feels bad because he doesn't want to make you feel bad... So, you have to show him that what you're feeling is constant. Try to find out if you like his character in general, not just the way he acts around you. How does he treat his friends, how does he act around other girls, does he buly people? If you think you like him after that, show him and don't be afraid to be rejected. Because he might react as a jerk at first, but that's just his defense mechanism kicking in. He's probably a guy that doesn't know how to handle feelings, but that doesn't mean that he doesn't like to be liked or loved. So just stay nice to him, stay friendly, but show him that you're not going to take crap from him all the time, without making him think that you are rejecting him entirely. Make it clear that you're not disliking him, but his behaviour. Don't try to change who he is, just gently coach him in the love&feelings department ;) And show him that you like it when he acts nice to you. Guys like this aren't the model love experts, so even when you have let him know you like him and even when he has shown you the same he might not act as you wished he did. But that doesn't mean he doesn't have the feelings you wish he does, he just outs them differently. Hope this will help!
