Is it ok 4 me to likee a guy thats 17.

K. My family recently went to Ireland to visit some family down there. Well im on ly 13 but there was this guy there named Kellan who is 17. i fell completely in love with. But he has a gf. I kno im to young to date him but am i to young to like him? Remember he lives in Ireland.
