Love Question

Why do I shake when my boyfriend hugs me?

When my boyfriend hugs me, he asks why I'm shaking. Honestly, I had no idea I was shaking. After about 10 minutes he came up behind me and gently put his hands on my shoulders. He said I was shaking then. But after about 5 econds, he said I was shaking again. I don't know why I shake when he hugs or even touches me. I'm not nervous, so can anybody tell me why?

I have no idea.
Are you shaking? 'or is he just saying that?
Some people do not like or respond well to touch.
Some people get low blood sugar, epilepsy, etc.

If it is nothing like any of the above...there are people who are not quite prepared for such intimacy and it kinda shocks them or shakes them to the core until they get their mind & emotions within relaxed, comfortable, and at peace. ('Even if it is just the guy) If you are not nervous. It could be a sense of being overwhelmed (emotional) & something you are not aware of. (?) Whatever the case, now that you can be more aware, you can begin to examine for yourself what the causes might be & try & pinpoint the source of reaction.

It could be anything from a childhood trigger to the intensity of new or deeper feelings (?)

I really have no idea.

I have shaken like that~ but I was scared.

It's probably just means that your body likes that kind of attention. It is very normal, especially under the circumstances of being in love. You will learn to understand those feelings. :)
