About this boy at school...

You see, onValentines day, I made my whole 2nd hour class Valentine cards including this certain boy. At the end of the class, Ms. Holloway yelled out, hey everyone! Wait! Valerie made us Valentine cards! Come get them!" she said that right as everybody was leaving the classroom. only half of them came and got their cards and some of them must've just forgot theirs or they didn't hear the teacher. Anywho, half of the class didn't get theirs yet including that boy. He looked over at my direction. I assume it was obvious to him that I made him a card too but he didn't come and get his. He just smiled and left the room. I wondered why. So later, in the cafeteria, I was in line waiting to get my tray. The line I was in was right next to the table he was sitting at. He was repeatly looking at me. He looked like he wanted to say something. When the line moved up alittle, I moved up too and ended up standing right next to him where he was sitting and that's when he looked completely at me. Then after a few seconds, he finally turns to me and says,"thank you for the Valentine card," I said," you're welcome but did you get yours?" he hook his head no. Then I said," we'll its still in ms. Holloway's room. He told me that he'll go get it. Now, why did he thank me for the card when he didn't even get his yet? So one day, in the class again, I finally gave everybody else their card. I spotted his card with the other cards. He told me he was gonna come get his. But why didn't he? So he got his. After class, he thanked me again as he was going out the door. And with a smile on his face. And whenever I'm holding the door open for everybody, he goes by and thanks me with a smile on his face every single time. Does this boy some how like me or something?

I know this story seems like it makes no sense. I'm not foreign or anything. I'm just diagnosed with a syndrome that make me randomly say random, odd and senseless things.

Who knows. People are strange. It is really super sad that he did not get his card though! (even after he said he would!) I think it is very odd that he was polite enough to say "Thank You" [repeatedly] & yet rude by not getting his card.

The same thing happened to me once for this guy's birthday. The deal was (I only found out LATER because the guy had NOT the guts to tell me ANYTHING) that he did not pick up the card because he started dating someone or something "like" that. The guy DID want to date me about a year later but I was over it & over him. I had felt a little sad & insulted -I did not even know him that well but I'd been nice enough to remember his birthday & spend my money on a special card! I guess doing that at that time seemed a bit too much for this guy (or he was shy). It worked out for the best, I really feel like.

So unfortunately, you see, it could go either way or be anything. For me it was a "brush off" (his "polite" way of telling me he was not THAT interested or whatever...) sooo~ I do not know if it is any of that for you. Like I said people are weird! :/

That was really awesome for you to make people Valentine's Cards! :) (You are sweet person. His loss) PS. You do know this is August
