Props if you answer these TWO questions! Please?

First question: I went to the bowling alley with... let's call him Bailey... and our class. We hung out the whole time. And he told me why he likes me. And he told me HE FREAKIN' LOVES ME. I don't know if that's how he really feels or not, but whatever. That's not the question. Well, we were riding back to school and he kept on and on making me listen to 'Nothing On You' by Bruno Mars.

I might be stupid. But what is he trying to tell me?

Second question: I went to this festival today, and I thought of him, right? So I bought him this "guy necklace". He told me NOTHING I do could freak him out. So would me giving this "guy necklace" to him freak him out? Or make things awkward?
