Ok just cause no one post this answer I will help you though this is what you got to do. Número 1) don't just ask her out if you really love her and have special feelings with her then be friends with her first. Número 2) try to talk to her and ask her out but not as a date but courting her. Número 3) give her or buy her some smalls gifts like flowers or stuffed animals but not too expensive. Número 4) Listen to her and chat with her tell her some funny stories or something rested to life. Número 5) try giving her some signs that you like her more.

Ok bro the other thing is if your feeling like she is going to say no then that sometimes happen but don't give up be friends with her, be by her side, and keeping talking with her. It's best not to think like "ohh she is going to say no" or "She doesn't like me or whatever" so the main point it to tell her how you feel.
