if you tell the guy you love him he will think ok that's weird but if you tell him why he will understand ask him round at the cafe like a date but don't be upset if he is not there talk to him and get to know him then there will be romance in the air. also laugh at his jokes it will make him more ready for a girlfriend than he already is
