i really need some help plz

Well, this is my advice you don't have to take it but, I think that if you like him that you should go for him cause he might be the person you actually grow up and get married to, but sometimes you just have to experiment with different people to see what you are interested in. Since it's your best friend's brother i think that maybe first you should at least tell your friend how you feel about her brother so it won't come out as a big shocker later on, 'cause if you don't tell her now it will only effect your friendship later on in life. Well, honestly, if you truly love him, then go for it. There's nothing worse than a fake relationship, after all. It might turn out to be a pretty good bond. But love is all about experimentation, so there turns out to be breakups a lot....sadly. Tell your BFF first, don't make it a lie, it's going to hurt if you make it a lie. Just take the relationship slowly. Small steps.
