well first of: age is just a number, if you love him why should you leave him? second off: i have been in the same situation too, i found out that my friend liked my bf and that's why she told me to break up with him, i'm not saying that is going on in your case, but really give it a close thought to it. maybe you should just try to convince her or something, but if that doesn't work than she isn't a really good friend, if she really is your friend she would understand, or maybe she knows something you don't.
