Honestly I would ask him if he ment what he had asked you then if he said yes say well if you want me to marry you, you had better stop flirting with any other girl and if I see you doing it again its off and I won't marry you. So that's what I would do hope it helps you.
i've been with my fiance for that long too-i'd depend how intense the flirting was-if it was blatant disrespect though I would seriously rethink my choice-NO MATTER HOW LONG WE'VE BEEN TOGETHER
I really hope you can work it out though. I don't know what i'd do with myself if I caught Joe flirting with another woman. It would BREAK my heart. But I would be very shocked because he is soooo shy around women. I had to make the first move, or we never would have gotten together. :)
that's not true....he may have flirted(& it may still be out of character for him) but maybe it was a panic reaction because he knows he is going to be married and committed forever soon?Maybe it was just to reassure himself/ego boost. But unless he has been doing this all along, I wouldn't say he will always flirt. You should talk to him abou it.
well his concept of marriage is not held with high esteem. he doesnt want to get married, he just had to aask it. n if hes with another or flirting , i hope ur not part of their joke. well i do hope u said u would think about it, as now u can tell him ur not ready yet to settle down , there r a lot of things u want to try by urself first. and hes not the one, n this proposal is the first of many, best b careful now;-]
