Pls help me

Ok so I like this guy. I see him all the time. He always hugs and kisses my cheek. He also sits on my knee and plays with my hair. He also even gave me a massage lol. He has even cried in front of me. Also he texts me out of the blue saying stuff like hi hun…,
WAT DOES THIS MEAN?? X
