That's a hard situation to deal with however you need to consider how you would feel if he did what you fear he will. if you think you could cope go with your feelings but if not dont. True fact for years I have had crushes and never once told the boy about my feelings and they have all slipped through the net and married or are with someone else so last year my current crush who is a lot older than me and married well I told him how I felt and to my horror and surprise he said fine and we are now having an emotional affair and I do not feel guilty at all. So consider how you would feel and then make up your mind. Hope this helps good luck.

If he doesn't know you love him, you might consider telling him. If he loves you back, good for you. If he doesn't, then I'd suggest just forgetting him and trying to find someone else. Sorry if I'm wrong, but he doesn't sound very easy to trust.
