Breathe. Try to find activities that you enjoy doing. Make new friends.
Maybe find something other than the guy to be obsessed with, like books, movies, tv shows, sports, a new genre of music, writing, exercising.
When you have a crush on someone, it can feel like nothing else matters, like you can't think of anything else.
But you need to.
It's okay to have a crush on someone, just keep in mind that he/she is not the most important thing.

Firstly do not panic you are just like nearly everyone at some point we have crushes on people. I should know the number of crushes I have had is probably un countable. SO we all understand. You have a couple of things you could do. Firstly as he has no girlfriend be brave and ask him out that has two outcomes, he also likes you and says yes, or he says no. If its the first response perfect if its the second well you will be upset but you will get over it. In time you will forget about him. Or you can make the decision to forget about him now, that's much harder but trying to avoid him and keeping your mind busy and you should do it. Or there is a third option just live with your feelings but never tell him and when he finds a girlfriend of his own you will be able to tell yourself that he is now taken and start to forget about him. So there's your options its up to you what you decide to do but it is only you that can decide. Good luck its not as bad as you think it is.
