What would you do?

What would you do if your boyfriend of 3 months said he loved you. And you didn't believe in love and y'all got in a big fight. And you ended things with him and then he went around telling everyone that he broke up with you. And that you were crazy and that you always yelled at him, when you don't yell? what would you do?
