I have an emergency quick help

First of all I know I made a lot of questions but this time i really wanted to ask the real deal.I told u about that I have a crush on this guy and he really likes me too.But still on the other side.I notice on guy staring at me(not my crush) the guy on my school bus.And I don't like him but I'm not sure he stares at me but he likes me or not but I don't like him and I pretend that I didn't notice him staring and I hate him because he is rude and so uncool and not a best guy friend.He and I are not old friends and he came to my school bus since 4th standard and I don't really tell him that I hate him and I don't wanna hurt his feelings on me.Besides I have a crush on somebody else.
