Another questio(please give me advice)

I have a crush on this boy who don't knows that I exist.I notice him staring secretly to me and then I fake a smile.He did it to me every time we see face to face.He smiles to me when everybody doesn't notice us and I smile to him too but I think he might have a girlfriend or not because he is new in town and he is super awesome and cool.I just wanna to know if he likes me or not without talking to him because he and I really don't know about each other.And I wanted to text him but he doesn't have a phone because his parents were stricted and how can I know that does he have a feeling for me or not?Can u help me because u r ideas help me.

#1. you can tell all of your friends that u realy like him! then if they dont automaticly start trying to hook u guys up then....just talk about how much u like him!!! if you have to...over exaderate ur feelings!!!! <3

#2. just try to bcome reay good friends with him...not just like friend but like act like u realy enjoy him and his FRIENDS compny :) if u dont have anything in common then find it and find it SOON! if you dont then he might find someone else eccpesioly because hes new in town! and then find him at his locker and talk about something cool something he likes like hunting fishing skateboarding or sports....help him out too bring him to a resturant that he hasnt been to!! also, if he flirts then he likes what he sees!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ahve fun on ur adventure! lol <3

But my friends really don't know and he and I don't go to the same school.Now he is away form me because he loves at my uncle house and I have a test to answer so I can't see him for about 4 days I really miss him and I miss him so bad.
