You have to make him aware of the fact that his girl is using him, but from there he's on his own. Don't push him too hard to break up with her or anything, because then he'll just get mad at you.

Also, talk to him about the amount of time you two spend together. If you feel like you don't see him as much anymore, tell him that and ask him to hang out. If you're best friends, of course he'd be willing. You just can't tell him you love him, because he's taken. Telling him would just fuck with his head and heart. You don't tell someone who's taken that you love them because the timing is all wrong. Wait until they're not together, and then you can tell him.

And the jealousy thing? Everyone gets jealous. I'm unfortunately a very jealous person, hard as I try to not be. You have to do the same, because if you tell him you're jealous, it wouldn't be hard for him to guess that you're into him.

So to recap: Let him know you don't trust his girl, but leave him to make his own choices and otherwise stay out of it.
